High Voltage Design and Test
Design and test of components and systems operating significantly in excess of 1 kV.
We have a good understanding and practical experience with designing and working on high voltage systems. We have a selection power supplies and probes up to 20 kV. In addition we have a functional supply chain for testing high voltage multilayer PCBS. Specifically, we have experience in the design, prototyping and test of:
- Bi-directional 500 kW unity power factor grid interface with a 1.5 kV continuous rated DC bus, using SiC modules
- 4 Layer PCB tested to 20kV
- 200W 10kV DC power supply
- 20 kHz, 15 kV power supply at 100 W
- Cable dielectric breakdown testing
